A few weeks ago Kylee started going on the big potty on occasion. Since we were travelling & so busy, I didn't get too serious about it. Since we got back from PA we have been more diligent about it. She is doing great...as long as Mom remembers to ask every 15 to 30 minutes. She isn't volunteering the need to go very much yet. She is in pull-ups most of the time & seems to think that is pretty neat. As you can see in the pictures here she is pretty proud of herself. We are proud of her too!
Summersaulting...
Lately she is anxious to show off her two physical accomplishments..."karate kick" and summersaults. Maybe we will start tumbling/gymnastics classes this fall.
Posing...
No lie, today when I wanted to take her picture in her new sunglasses she started posing! It was the funniest thing. I had never seen her do this before. She will smile for the camera usually these days, but she was actually moving her shoulders and head etc, cheesing it up! These pictures don't really capture the adorable moment.

The poses in the shades are too cute. I also love the potty training shots! Kudos to you for venturing out on that before the 2nd birthday!! Makenna took quite awhile before she started telling me that she had to go. I just kept taking her every 30 min. for a long time until the words "you can tell me when you need to go and you will get an m&m" sunk in to her cute little head. Then she started talking (around 2 1/2) She looks like a pro already! Thanks Elmo!

Wow Kylee...Little Miss Hollywood! I love the sunglasses and am so proud of you for going to the potty and wearing pull-ups! You are getting to be such a big girl! You are growing up so fast (too fast). I love you and hope to see you in August (the Lord willing)!

Well, what do you know...such a big girl doing the potty thing! You are quite the little actress! It all seems to come so naturally. I can't think of enough vocabulary for her cuteness!!
